HAAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARROW TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (ATS) Hardware as a Service (HAAS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This is a rental product. The client understands that they are renting the product from ATS HAAS and do not have ownership of the product.

The product remains the property of ATS HAAS at all times. The client is not allowed to sell, transfer, or dispose of the product in any way.

In the event of hardware failure, ATS HAAS will provide a full replacement of the product. The client is responsible for returning the faulty product to ATS HAAS.

ATS HAAS will provide full support and firmware upgrades for the duration of the rental period.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for the use of the product. ATS HAAS will not be held responsible for any licensing issues that may arise.

The client agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the rental agreement and the repossession of the product by ATS HAAS.
